THE BOOT CAMP
WHAT TO EXPECT AT OUR BOOT CAMPS?
At Get Fit Silicon Valley Fitness Boot Camps you are taken through a one hour workout that burns fat and tones muscle better than any other form of exercise you can get. The boot camps are held outdoors, on a grass field or track, and you are led by a motivated fitness instructor who will take you through an exercise program that progressively increase in difficulty as the weeks go by.
You will run, do push ups, use medicine balls, lift light weights, run around cones, do burpees, high steps, lunges, and many different kinds of full body and plyometric exercises. You will get brief 30 second to 1 minute rests in between some exercises, then you wil be back at it toning your muscles and shedding the fat.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE
Women and men of all sizes, shapes, and fitness levels are encouraged to participate. Each boot camp progressively increases in intensity. From the start you will get a fantastic workout, and as the weeks progress, the intensity increases, pushing your body to the next fitness level as you shred and burn the fat from your body. Each session is fun, exciting, and the hour will fly by before you know it. The boot camp workout usually results in increased energy and metabolism. You will feel fantastic, and you might make a few new friends while doing it too.
